Claylab Gift Card Terms and Conditions:
Redemption: Claylab Gift Cards can only be redeemed on www.claylab.store for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on the card. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by law.
Balance: You can check the balance of your gift card by following the link in the email you received when first purchasing.
Validity: Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of issue and cannot be used after the expiry date.
Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancellation: The right to cancel a gift card or refuse service is reserved in the event of a suspected fraud or misuse of the card.
Promotions: Gift card purchases may not be combined with certain promotional offers. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Transferable: Gift cards are transferable but are not redeemable for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
Data Protection: Personal information collected in relation to the gift card will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and are subject to change without notice.
